That short story was a little slice of truth. I believed the internal monologue of the character and there are many men with that type of attitude. But the title and subtitle don't line up with the story. He has his smug way of dealing with his shame, but I don't see him as hating women or never being wrong. Delusional, insecure, lonely .......... I just don't see the misogyny.
