I was an IDEO client in San Francisco and one of the project managers was German, and I'm writing to reinforce all that you wrote. IDEO had a process that was so pure and the designers were so 'relentlessly creative' that I carried their spirit with me for years. Ambiguity, uncertainty, weird connections -- all were meaningful. And we pursued every promising angle -- they were just limitless in their pursuit of creative strategies and deep results. Can't say enough about their impact.
