Hi Reverie. I am graced with synaesthesia too and thank you for spelling it correctly - these days the 'ae' is dropped for a plain 'e', and even spell-check identifies the 'ae' spelling as incorrect. The three genres you name are primarily constructed as long instrumental pieces (although soundtracks may break them up) that allow for colors and other sensual blending to develop, and I have increasingly been drawn to them as time goes on. My main orientation is for numbers and letters to have colors, and occasionally those colors relate to music I hear with certain phrases or passages - a very inspiring and advantageous condition. I will look into your writing as I am curious how it plays out for you.
