Hey, Scott. I'm referring to the people Jessica is blaming for a devaluation of families - politicians, policy-makers, economists, those with influence in this area. I do believe they value families in the conceptual sense. They just don't have a grasp on how to make things happen, so those who might benefit from a skilled politician who knows how to work the mechanisms of government are left without resources and the problem goes on and on and compounds itself.
